Job summary

Ant Packaging, Australia’s first carbon-neutral plastics factory in NSW, is seeking a Plastics Technician to join our production team. You will contribute to moulding, extrusion and fabrication of plastic products and operate processing machinery ensuring safe, high-quality output.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a similar role, with a relevant polymer processing qualification and a strong ability to read technical drawings. We offer visa sponsorship and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in polymer processing, plastics technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the production, moulding, and fabrication of plastic products using injection moulding, extrusion, and blow moulding.
• Set up, operate, and maintain plastic processing machinery to ensure high-quality and safe production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to adjust machine settings and perform routine maintenance.
