Job summary

» Packaging « is seeking a Moulder Technician to operate blow moulding equipment and support a 24/5 manufacturing operation in Sydney. The role involves running moulding lines, inspecting products, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will record data, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment while collaborating with Quality, Production and Maintenance teams. A proactive safety mindset and flexible shift ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating blow moulding machines or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in a food manufacturing or high‑quality production environment.
• Proactive approach to safety and compliance with safety culture.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment to achieve targets and schedules.
• Ensure products meet quality and safety requirements.
• Comply with WHS, quality, environmental and food safety standards.
• Accurately record production and downtime data for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain high housekeeping and workplace organisation.
