Job summary

SRG Global Mining Services is seeking skilled Blast Crew members for long-term Goldfields projects on Dayshift rosters. You will join a professional team prioritising safety, clear communication and efficiency with modern equipment and industry-leading facilities.

You will safely execute blasting operations, prepare blast patterns, load explosives, inspect areas for safety and environmental compliance, and maintain blasting equipment.

Qualifications

• C Class Drivers Licence (Manual) is required.
• Dangerous Goods Security Card is required.
• Ability to perform labouring duties.
• Good communication and organisational skills, with teamwork focus.
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment.

Responsibilities

• Safely execute blasting operations following safety protocols.
• Prepare blast patterns for efficient fragmentation and environmental protection.
• Load explosives with precision and safety supervision.
• Inspect blast areas for safety and environmental compliance.
• Maintain blasting equipment and tools in optimal condition.
