SRG Global Mining Services is seeking an experienced Blast Crew member for our WA operations. This full-time, FIFO-from-Perth role focuses on precise drilling and blasting aligned with strict safety standards and minimum environmental impact.

Qualifications

• Communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work in a crew.
• Ability to perform labouring duties as required.
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol assessment.
• Blast Crew experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely execute drilling and blasting operations following safety protocols.
• Prepare blast patterns for efficient fragmentation and environmental protection.
• Load and detonate explosives with precision and safety supervision.
• Inspect blast areas for safety and environmental compliance.
• Maintain blasting equipment and tools in optimal condition.
• Coordinate blasting schedules with mining teams to minimise disruptions.
