• 3–5 years in management consulting, investment banking or similar high-rigor environment.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Startup or biotech exposure in a venture-backed setting is highly useful.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy: create investment theses, decks and models.
• Shape category strategy across verticals, applications and geographies.
• Participate in executive and investor discussions on capital allocation.
• Drive company-wide prioritisation and performance tracking.
• Oversee cadence and material creation for high-profile meetings.
• Identify and implement initiatives to elevate performance and culture.
• Own cross-functional special projects as needed.
