Qualifications

• 3–5 years in management consulting or investment banking at a high-rigour firm.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a venture-backed startup or deep-tech/biotech environment is highly useful.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy, investor materials, and data room.
• Define rollout priorities across verticals, applications, and geographies for human milk proteins.
• Participate in executive leadership and investor discussions on capital allocation and strategy.
• Drive company-wide prioritisation and performance tracking.
• Oversee cadence and material creation for high-profile meetings.
• Embed high-performance culture through rituals and training initiatives.
• Own cross-functional special projects as needed.
