Job summary

All G is seeking a Head of Strategy to partner with the COO and CEO in Sydney. This high-visibility role shapes fundraising, market strategy and the rollout of our bovine/human milk protein platform across applications, verticals and geographies.

You will drive investor materials, lead strategic prioritisation, and help embed a high-performance culture as we scale toward our mission of next-generation nutrition for tens of millions of babies.

Qualifications

• Tier-1 training in management consulting or investment banking.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Startup or deep-tech/biotech exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy: develop investment theses, pitch decks, and financial models.
• Shape category strategy for human milk proteins across verticals and geographies.
• Drive executive discussions on capital allocation, strategy, and product/market positioning.
• Oversee company-wide prioritisation, performance tracking, and high-impact decisions.
• Organise and drive cadence for high-profile meetings and board interactions.
• Foster a high-performance culture through rituals, training, and initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional special projects as needed.

Job Overview

The Head of Strategy is the primary strategic partner to the COO and CEO. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of capital strategy, market shaping, internal performance, and long-term value creation.

In this capacity, you will drive fundraising strategy, contribute directly to executive decision-making, and shape the rollout and positioning of All G’s human milk protein category across applications, verticals, and geographies. You will also support company-wide prioritisation and embed a high-performance operating culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy: drive investment theses, pitch decks, and financial models; coordinate and drive relevant inputs; manage incoming investor due diligence; maintain an investor-ready data room
• Shape category strategy: define rollout priorities across verticals, applications, and geographies for human milk proteins.
• Actively participate in executive leadership and investor discussions related to capital allocation, strategic direction, and product and market positioning.
• Drive company-wide strategic prioritisation and performance tracking: Implement and manage company-wide target setting and tracking, ensuring we are focused and delivering on critical priorities
• Drive operating rhythms: Oversee cadence and material creation for high-profile meetings
• Embed high- performance culture: Identify and drive through initiatives (from daily rituals to training sessions) that will elevate our performance and ensure we are equipped to deliver on our world-changing ambitions.
• Own special projects: Lead other cross-functional initiatives as needed.

About You

Professional background

• Tier-1 training: 3–5 years in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar high-rigour environment where you learned to build world-class materials under tight deadlines.
• Project mastery: Proven track record of managing "impossible" projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Startup or biotech exposure: Previous experience in a venture-backed startup (Series A or B) or a deep-tech/biotech environment will be highly useful

Candidate profile

• "Force multiplier": You find professional satisfaction in making others more effective and the organisation more cohesive.
• Low ego, high ownership: You are equally comfortable presenting to the Board as you are proofreading a 50-page business plan or organising a team offsite.
• Data-fluent: While you may not be a scientist, you are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can hold your own in a room full of PhDs.
