Job summary

AirSWIFT is seeking an experienced BIM Manager/Lead to drive digital engineering across Queensland projects. You will shape BIM standards and workflows, and own project delivery processes.

Working with project managers, engineers and delivery teams, you will manage models through design and construction, perform clash detection and coordinate workshops. This Brisbane-based role offers stability and strong growth potential in BIM capability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Lead, BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
• Experience in construction, building services, infrastructure or electrical contracting.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, coordination processes and industry standards.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• The ability to lead, mentor and develop technical teams.

With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced BIM Manager/Lead to drive digital engineering and BIM delivery across multiple major projects.

The Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for the development and management of BIM standards, workflows and project delivery processes across the business.

Working alongside project managers, engineers, estimators and delivery teams, you will take ownership of BIM strategy while ensuring high-quality model coordination and digital project outcomes.
