Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as BIM Designer/Modeller in building services.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential; Navisworks/AutoCAD/BIM360 desirable.
• Understanding ICT/AV systems and building infrastructure.
• Attention to documentation quality and model coordination.

Responsibilities

• Using Revit & AutoCAD to model ICT and AV systems, including communications infrastructure, structured cabling, security systems, distributed audio/visual systems, and digital technology networks.
