Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a tier 1 architecture practice. You will coordinate multidisciplinary models, manage BIM standards and drive digital delivery across Aviation, Infrastructure and Data Centre projects.

Ideal candidates will have 3–7 years' BIM coordination experience, advanced Revit skills and familiarity with Navisworks Manage. This role offers hybrid working in Sydney and clear paths for professional development and

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Design or related discipline.
• 3–7 years' BIM coordination or design delivery experience.
• Advanced Revit skills with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage or similar coordination software.
• Understanding of consultant coordination and project delivery workflows.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, CDE processes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across complex aviation, infrastructure and data centre projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection and consultant model exchanges.
• Support project teams with BIM standards, workflows and information requirements.
• Set up and manage project models within Revit.
• Conduct model reviews and coordination workshops, resolving design issues.
• Support digital handover and project information requirements.
• Provide Revit and BIM support to project teams and improve standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent project information.
