What is your role?

As a BIM Designer | ICT/AV you will work closely with our ICT and Audiovisual engineers and the broader design team to produce coordinated BIM models and detailed documentation across all project stages.

Responsibilities include:

• Using Revit & AutoCAD to model ICT and AV systems, including communications infrastructure, structured cabling, security systems, distributed audio/visual systems, and digital technology networks.
• Delivering clear, accurate and coordinated models that integrate smoothly with electrical, mechanical and architectural disciplines.
• Supporting project delivery from concept through to construction, ensuring model accuracy, constructability and alignment with BIM standards.
• Contributing to digital coordination meetings, clash detection processes and model quality reviews.
• Assisting in the development and refinement of BIM workflows to improve digital delivery outcomes across projects.

About You

• Experience: 3‑5+ years as a BIM Designer/Modeller in building services, ideally with exposure to ICT, AV, communications or electrical systems.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD or BIM360 is highly desirable.
• Knowledge: Understanding of ICT/AV systems and communications infrastructure within buildings is advantageous.
