Qualifications

• Senior leader with extensive experience running high-volume billing, payments and financial operations.
• Minimum 15–20 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading onshore and offshore teams and managing major vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end billing and payments operation.
• Lead the billing and payments strategy and the transformation roadmap across systems and processes.
• Deliver major system upgrades and migrations related to billing & payments.
• Ensure compliance with TCP Code, PCI DSS and unclaimed monies legislation.
• Lead billing and payment complaints to timely resolution with root-cause analysis.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts across bill printing and processing.
• Oversee budget and cost per bill/payment; drive efficiency.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of ~140 FTE.
