Qualifications

• Strong ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions.
• Experience establishing governance and prioritisation frameworks across multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, technology and frontline teams.
• Solid business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and process initiatives that drive meaningful improvements across Retail channels.
• Identify opportunities to simplify systems and improve customer and team experiences.
• Translate frontline insights into prioritised initiatives and roadmaps.
• Partner with Retail, Technology and Digital teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish governance, prioritisation and reporting for investment decisions.
• Coordinate delivery from discovery to implementation with stakeholder alignment.
• Track benefits realisation and adoption to deliver lasting value.
