Job summary

Envision Pharma Group is seeking a bilingual Japanese/English Medical Writer to create high-quality scientific content across publications and patient materials for diverse client accounts. You will translate complex scientific concepts for different audiences, work within a collaborative team, and maintain accuracy and compliance across therapeutic areas.

Applicants should have advanced life sciences training and medcomms agency experience, with business-level Japanese and English proficiency,

Qualifications

Advanced degree in life sciences or clinical discipline.
Experience in a medical communications agency with publications deliverables.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, written and spoken.
Proven ability to write, edit and review scientific content in both languages.
Ability to interpret and communicate complex medical data clearly.
Strong collaboration with colleagues, clients and external experts.
Experience using literature databases and information retrieval.
Proficient with EndNote and graphing/reference software.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality scientific content across publications and patient materials.
Participate in client meetings and onsite programs as needed.
Manage workload and adhere to timelines and budgets.
Support proposals and new business opportunities with scientific input.
Review and data-check materials against sources.
Track and report project progress using appropriate tools.
