Responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders via multiple media.
• Triage medical enquiries and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Conduct literature searches (PubMed/MEDLINE) and support evidence-based responses.
• Deliver scientific information via written and verbal channels.
• Support translation activities (English–Japanese).
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints per regulations.
• Participate in quality, compliance, and continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate across teams and support ad-hoc client projects.

We’re looking for early‑career professionals or recent graduates in pharmacy or life sciences to join our JET Program, a structured two‑year program designed to build strong foundations in Medical Information and pharmaceutical consulting across the Japan & Asia Pacific region.

About The Role

• Provide accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders via several media sources (phone, emails, etc)
• Handle and triage medical enquiries, escalating complex cases when required
• Conduct literature searches (PubMed/MEDLINE) and support evidence‑based responses
• Deliver scientific and technical information via written and verbal channels
• Support translation activities (English Japanese)
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in line with regulations
• Participate in quality, compliance, and continuous learning activities
• Collaborate across teams and support ad‑hoc projects and client initiatives
