Job summary

Hearing Australia is seeking a Community Hearing Advisor to support the Hurstville Hearing Centre and engage with the Chinese community across greater metropolitan Sydney. You will attract clients through events, national campaigns, outbound calls, and build relationships with referrers such as GPs, pharmacies and community groups.

You should be fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese desirable), hold a valid Driver Licence with access to a vehicle, and bring a sales/marketing mindset with

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; Cantonese is desirable.
• Holder of a current driver licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Sales/marketing experience in healthcare is highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Attract new clients to Hearing Australia through events and outbound calls.
• Lead promotional opportunities and manage stakeholder/referrer relationships.
• Collaborate with Hearing Centre and Sales teams to support campaigns.
• Coordinate hearing checks at screening events and community activities.
• Build strong relationships with GP practices, pharmacies and community groups.
