Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment seeks a Japanese-Speaking Bookkeeping & Administration Officer in Perth CBD for a full-time position. You will manage invoice processing, cash management, reconciliations, shipping documentation, and general office administration while supporting senior staff.

Japanese language is advantageous though not essential; SAP experience is highly regarded. Applications from candidates with over 1 year of work rights in Australia are welcome.

Qualifications

• Practical accounting knowledge gained through study or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Japanese language skills are advantageous but not essential.
