Staff Solutions Bilingual is seeking a Japanese-speaking Junior Assistant Accountant in Brisbane CBD to support an international business unit. You will process transactions, reconcile AP/AR, assist with reporting and budgeting, and liaise with overseas stakeholders to ensure timely financial processing.

This role is ideal for an early-career accounting professional with keen attention to detail and a desire to grow within a supportive finance team in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Native-level Japanese and strong English communication required.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance or near completion.
• Experience with common accounting software is advantageous.
• 0–2 years in accounting/finance administration.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills expected.

Responsabilidades

• Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Handle invoicing, payment processing and documentation.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Translate business communications between English and Japanese when required.
