The role focuses on interviewing SMEs, developing win strategies, coordinating schedules, and ensuring quality, risk and compliance across bids, with support from designers to produce polished, client-focused responses.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to write significant volumes of content using interviewing techniques and research.
• Track record in producing multi-million dollar tenders and proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise deadlines.
• Understanding of risk management for projects, bids and tenders.
• Creative mindset to develop winning concepts and solutions.
• Proficient leading bid/tender document reviews for quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead writing and production of compliant, client-focused bid submissions and presentations.
• Interview SMEs to develop submission attributes and guide approach.
• Contribute to win strategies with evidence-backed content.
• Prepare bid writing plans and coordinate contributors for timely input.
• Compile documentation including schedules, price and commercial responses.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to enhance submission visuals.
