Job summary

Downer is seeking a Senior Submissions Coordinator within the Energy & Utilities Growth team in Australia. You will work with bid managers and SMEs to craft non-priced schedules for Expressions of Interest, Tenders, and other bid-related responses across Australia and New Zealand.

You will manage content writing, submission coordination and editing, taking ownership of sections or returnables as directed, and occasionally supporting larger submissions with guidance from the Submissions Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and preparing multi-million-dollar tenders and proposals.
• Ability to interview content owners to gather required information and write at scale.
• Strong command of grammar and editing; meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write and assemble non-priced bid schedules for EOIs, tenders and bid responses.
• Coordinate submission returns and manage content from contributors.
• Provide guidance to bid team contributors and support larger submissions as directed.
