HEH Civil Pty Ltd in Cairns is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead our tender process, ensure submissions are clear, compliant and on time. You will review tender requirements, set the bid plan and coordinate input from estimating and project teams to produce a compelling submission.

You will bring strong writing and editing skills, practical civil construction knowledge and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction or infrastructure bids.
• Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, engineering or related industry.
• Experience managing tenders from initial review through to lodgement.
• Strong writing, editing and document management skills.
• Ability to read tender documents and prepare clear, compliant responses.
• Ability to coordinate contributors and follow up information.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Review tender documents and confirm what needs submission.
• Prepare the bid plan, deadlines and responsibilities.
• Coordinate information from estimating, commercial, project, safety, quality, environment and leadership teams.
• Write and edit responses that are clear, accurate and client-focused.
• Prepare methodologies, project examples, personnel profiles and supporting documents.
• Manage reviews, approvals, document control and final lodgement.
• Help maintain templates, project records, CVs and capability information.
• Track upcoming opportunities and record feedback after tender outcomes.
