Job summary

Yarra Trams is seeking an Administrator, Systems to join the Infrastructure team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on turning complex data into insights, improving processes, and supporting critical operational systems.

You will work across BI tools like Power BI and Tableau, SQL Server, Azure Data Platform, and Maximo, delivering reports, governance, and analytics for stakeholders across Melbourne.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in IT, engineering or related field.
• ITIL and BI reporting certifications are desirable.
• Power BI and Tableau report-building experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decisions.
• Monitor data platforms and governance processes.
• Support Maximo system functionality and data quality.
• Analyze data across multiple sources and ensure QA.
• Create analytical frameworks and visualisations.
• Provide training and stakeholder support.
