Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking a Bell Services Attendant to join its luxury hotel team, supporting valet and porter duties and delivering seamless guest arrivals and departures.

You will handle luggage, escort guests to rooms, drive and park vehicles, and provide attentive, polished service across a 24/7 roster. A NSW driver’s license and a friendly, guest-focused approach are essential; prior hotel or valet experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced guest-facing environment is valuable.
• Comfort handling guest luggage and assisting with mobility around the hotel.

The Role

Join Crown Sydney’s luxury hotel team as a Bell Services Attendant, assisting with Valet and Porter duties, where you’ll help create seamless and memorable arrival and departure experiences for guests from around the world.

This is an opportunity in one of Sydney’s most prestigious hotel environments, combining guest assistance, valet parking, room escort, and luggage support. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced, guest-facing role and take pride in delivering polished service, we’d love to hear from you.

We have both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

What you’ll do:

• Support seamless guest arrivals and departures with professionalism, care and attention to detail
• Handle, transport and securely store guest luggage
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide helpful guidance on room features and in‑room technology
• Drive, park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and professionally
• Deliver warm, efficient service that helps create a smooth and memorable guest experience

What you’ll need:

• A valid NSW driver’s licence (minimum Green Ps / P2)
• Confidence driving and parking a range of vehicles (automatic and/or manual)
• Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster

Student Visa and Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply. Candidates who hold an overseas/international licence must be willing to obtain an NSW driver licence.

• Experience in a hotel, valet, porter or other fast‑paced guest‑facing environment
• Confidence working in an active, on-your-feet role that involves both guest interaction and physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail when handling guest belongings, hotel room detail and vehicle movements
• A polished and professional approach, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and create a smooth arrival experience
