Park Hyatt Sydney is recruiting a Team Leader to join the Bell Desk team. This role focuses on directing a professional team and ensuring seamless guest service for arrivals and departures.

The candidate will oversee luggage handling, assist with driveway traffic, and respond to guest inquiries while maintaining high standards of service and departmental efficiency.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Strong guest service orientation and professional appearance.
• Experience using MS Office and Opera.
• Knowledge of Sydney area and travel/hotel industry.
• Valid Australian licence is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transporting transportation.
• Assists to direct traffic in the hotel's driveway.
• Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Assists to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
• Supervises employees within the department, making sure that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.

The main duties and responsibilities for this role will include the following:

• Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transporting transportation,
• Assists to direct traffic in the hotel's driveway,
• Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,
• Assists to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department,
• Supervises employees within the department, making sure that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained,

Qualifications

To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:

• Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills,
• Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and Opera,
• Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels,
• Good knowledge of Sydney,
• Ability to organize the driveway,
• Essential knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry.
• Valid Australian Licence is a must
