Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in North Rocks NSW is hiring a NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to assess, plan and deliver evidence-based behavioural support for children, adolescents and adults across clinic, home, community and school settings.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team with pathways to senior clinical, leadership and management roles, and you will participate in weekly professional development sessions and specialist mentoring.

Qualifications

• Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core level or above).
• Strong understanding of Behaviour Support frameworks.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
• A calm, patient and solution-focused approach.
