Job summary

Steppr Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners across Australia to join us as independent contractors. You’ll source your own clients and deliver services through Steppr, with administrative support and access to our established systems.

You’ll undertake functional behaviour assessments, develop behaviour support plans and help participants, families and support teams put practical strategies into action.

Qualifications

• Suitability to practise as a Behaviour Support Practitioner confirmed by the NDIS Commission.
• Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for local appointments.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Undertake functional behaviour assessments and develop behaviour support plans.
• Help participants, families and support teams implement practical strategies.
• Document progress and outcomes in Steppr systems and reports.
