Job summary

Healthcarelink Support in Hobart, TAS is seeking an experienced Behavioural Support Practitioner for a clinic-based role with flexible work options. You will conduct behavioural assessments, develop and write support plans, and deliver interventions including 1:1 and group sessions in clinic, at home and at school settings.

Proficient NDIS registration is required, and you will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team while effectively communicating with parents and carers.

• Experience as a behavioural support practitioner.
• Proficient level NDIS registration.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and carers.
• Passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced Behavioural Support Practitioner with “proficient NDIS registration” to join the team. You will be responsible for:

• Behavioural support assessments

• Develop and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum of PROFICIENT level NDIS registration.
