Job summary

HealthcareLink Batemans Bay, NSW is seeking an experienced NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health team. The role involves conducting functional behavioural assessments and developing comprehensive behaviour support plans.

Flexible hours (16–38 per week) with a strong emphasis on person-centred care, clear communication with families, and ongoing professional development through our internal CPD program.

Job Title: NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner - FT/PT - Batemans Bay, NSW

Working hours: 16 - 38 hours / Week (Flexible for part time)

About the role

Requirements:

• Experience as a behavioral support practitioner.

• Minimum of PROFICIENT level NDIS registration.

• Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers.
• A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties.
