Job summary

Community Solutions in Australia is seeking a compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. You will develop and support PBS plans, work with individuals, families and support networks to promote safety, choice and independence.

The role is a permanent full-time position with work-from-home options in the Moreton Bay Region, offering a salary of AU$99,294.52 plus super and salary packaging, along with professional development, clinical supervision, and ongoing

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Developmental Education or related field.
• Registration preferably as a Core Practitioner.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Strong IT, admin and organisation skills due to billable time.
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to drive, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based strategies.
• Complete Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support plans.
• Collaborate with families, support workers, and allied health professionals.
• Build the capacity of support teams through coaching and mentoring.
