Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Retail Learning and Development Partner to drive the development of Beauty Advisors and Skin specialists, elevating client experience and retail excellence.

You will customize learning journeys, coach teams, and collaborate with Boutique Managers and regional leaders to create measurable impact across stores in Australia. This role requires travel to metro and regional locations and a strong background in beauty retail development.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in people development skills and retail leadership, with an excellent understanding of learning pathways and development planning, preferably within the beauty retail space.
• Certification in beauty therapy, artistry or equivalent diploma would be highly advantageous.
• Professional image to lead as a role model in Retail Learning Development Partner role.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact strategically and operationally with stakeholders.
• Experience in designing personalized learning paths and curating training content with understanding of organizational behaviour.
• Solid knowledge of beauty trends and culture, with strong understanding of skin, makeup, and fragrance.
• Ability to travel to both metro and regional locations.

Responsibilities

• Translate and transfer classroom learning into POS executions to strengthen client experience, raise capability and improve performance.
• Elevate learning journey by identifying needs and curating learning solutions (coaching, on-site training, digital learning) on products, services, client experience and retail topics.
• Develop individual development plans for retail teams with Boutique Managers and Sales Leaders.
• Support onboarding of new Beauty Advisors and Specialists via digital platforms and coaching on products and selling skills.
• Share best practices and learning interventions with retail leadership and People & Organisation teams.
• Participate in people development discussions with retail leadership and People & Organisation.
