The role emphasizes collaboration with Boutique Managers and Leaders to raise capability, performance and growth potential, while traveling to metro and regional locations as needed.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in people development and retail leadership with learning pathways.
- Certification in beauty therapy, artistry or equivalent is highly advantageous.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with stakeholder influence.
- Experience crafting personalized learning paths and training content.
- Solid knowledge of beauty trends, skin, makeup and fragrance.
Responsibilities
- Translate classroom learning to POS to improve client experience and performance.
- Elevate learning journeys by curating solutions (coaching, on-site, digital).
- Develop individual development plans with boutique and area managers.
- Support onboarding of newBeauty Advisors and specialists with digital tools.
- Share best practices with retail leadership and People and Organisation.
- Participate in people development discussions with leadership.
