Kmart Australia Limited and Target are seeking a commercially driven Category Manager Beauty to lead Target Beauty’s strategy and growth in Australia. You will shape category direction, secure exclusive brand partnerships, accelerate innovation, and shape long-term private label plans, while guiding a high-performing buying team.

This role offers hybrid work options and the opportunity to influence a major growth category across iconic brands in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Category Management, Buying or Merchandise leadership within Beauty, FMCG, Health & Wellness or related retail categories.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth, margins and category performance.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a clear category strategy for Target Beauty.
• Build a premium portfolio of beauty brands and secure exclusive partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end category planning, ranging, pricing and promotions.
• Drive sales, profitability and market share growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing buying team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Space Planning and Stores.
