Sephora USA, Inc is opening a new store in Hurstville. As a Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor), you will welcome customers, share expert product knowledge, and drive sales across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness departments.

The role supports a full-time, part-time or casual basis and requires availability across late nights and weekends. You will participate in onboarding and ongoing training through Sephora's learning platforms and field trainers, collaborating with a team of Beauty

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work across late-night and weekend trading times.
