Sephora is seeking a Supervisor (Senior Beauty Advisor) for our brand‑new Hurstville store in Sydney. This full‑time leadership role oversees a 20+ beauty advisor team and drives a premium client experience in a high‑volume luxury retail setting.

You will lead strategic initiatives, coach staff to exceed sales targets, manage stock and visual merchandising, and use data to guide decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager. On‑floor leadership and ongoing development are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive retail management experience including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Hands-on leadership on the shop floor to motivate, coach and empower the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 20+ beauty advisors to deliver a premium client experience.
• Drive a high‑performance selling culture and exceed KPIs.
• Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions with the Store Manager and peers.
