LagardèreAWPL is hiring a Beauty Advisor at Cairns Airport to support MAC / Estee Lauder or Benefit Cosmetics. The role focuses on delivering expert beauty advice and a seamless shopping experience for travellers. Part-time hours are offered (29 hours) with shifts starting early in the morning, across weekdays and weekends.

Ideal candidates are passionate about beauty, able to engage customers, and maintain a polished brand appearance while working in a dynamic airport environment.

The Role

As a Beauty Advisor in Cairns Airport for M.A.C / Estee Lauder or Benefit Cosmetics, your mission is to make travellers feel fabulous! You’ll be their go-to beauty guru, offering expert advice and a seamless shopping experience.

• 29 part time hours on offer! (Maternity leave cover until 15th January 2028)
• Looking for great availability for shifts predominately starting from 7:00am or 9:00am across weekdays and weekend

What You’ll Do

• Deliver VIP customer service with your beauty expertise as a M.A.C / Estee Lauder / Benefit Cosmetics advocate!
• Stay ahead of trends with regular brand training.
• Keep the store looking insta-worthy & inviting.
• Process sales smoothly & efficiently.
• Assist customers with a smile.
