We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager co-funded and partnered with global brand Estee Lauder to join our team at Canberra Airport. If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences driving Estee Lauder's product range, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• Confidence to take initiative and own your role
• A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting
• Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
• Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
