Job summary

Lagardère AWPL is seeking a results-driven Store Manager for Amuse Beauty Studio at Canberra Airport. You will lead a high-energy retail team, delivering luxury beauty experiences from brands like Tom Ford, Jo Malone, Clinique and MAC, and driving Estee Lauder product sales.

As a hands-on leader, you will coach staff, manage day-to-day store operations, and ensure outstanding presentation and customer service while working across rotating shifts in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within high-energy retail.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Hands-on leader who thrives in a team setting.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.

We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full‑Time Store Manager co‑funded and partnered with global brand Estee Lauder to join our team at Canberra Airport. If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences driving Estee Lauder's product range, and developing high‑performing teams – this is your runway to success.
