Job summary

Browco Brow & Lash Bar seeks an organised, confident and beauty-savvy individual to join our Head Office in Bondi Junction. You will help manage bookings for stores, support store staff, oversee timesheets, handle customer enquiries, dispatch stock to stores and perform general admin duties.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Salon/Store/Assistant Manager in the beauty industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can support multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding phone manner and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and stay on top of busy workload.
• High computer literacy is essential.
• Beauty industry experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handling a high volume of phone bookings.
• Schedule Lash and Brow appointments using Fresha.
• Assisting the store teams with requests.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and social media.
• Coordinating and dispatching stock orders to stores.
• Checking rosters and bookings.
• General administrative duties to support Head Office operations.
