Job summary

Beaches Lash Co. is seeking a proactive Salon Operations Coordinator to support daily salon operations across Manly and Newport NSW. You will treat clients on the salon floor and handle behind-the-scenes duties to maintain high standards and smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in beauty salons with strong brow and lash skills, leadership potential, and excellent communication. Flexible casual to full-time options and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of beauty salon experience.
• Strong leadership potential and ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience balancing client needs with salon operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day running of the salon.
• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and team training.
• Prepare and maintain staff rosters with owner approval.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate salon orders.
• Manage appointment flow and therapist utilisation.
• Support team with client concerns and operational issues.
• Ensure salon presentation, cleanliness and treatment standards.
• Assist in implementing salon procedures, promotions and initiatives.
• Communicate team updates and escalate important matters to the owner.
• Step in as main contact when the owner is unavailable.
