Job summary

Browco Brow Bar in Miranda (Sydney) is seeking a Beauty Therapist with Brow & Lash artistry to join our salon team. You will provide brow shaping, waxing, lash extensions, lifts, and tinting, delivering industry-leading service to clients at our Miranda location.

We value creativity, attention to detail and teamwork. If you have 6–12 months of experience in brows or lashes, bring your talent to our vibrant, growth-minded brand and enjoy a competitive commission structure and ongoing education

Qualifications

• Passion for brow & lash artistry with proven expertise in lashes or brows.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in beauty.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create Brow Shapes and Waxing services that WOW.
• Master Lash Extensions to perfection.
• Deliver Brow Tinting, Brow Laminations, and Lash Lifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile.
• Hit and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Flex schedule with weekend availability.
