Mantra Lorne, a beachfront hotel on Victoria's Great Ocean Road, seeks a dedicated Room Attendant to keep guest rooms spotless and well-stocked. You will work within our housekeeping team, delivering exceptional hospitality and guest comfort along this iconic coast.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
• Warm and welcoming communication style with guests and colleagues.
• Eye for detail and pride in tasks; able to work efficiently.
• Must be physically able to navigate between rooms and stairs.
• Team player with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Reliable transport and weekend/public holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms and bathrooms; change linens and restock.
• Follow guidelines to meet impeccable standards.
• Restock and organise housekeeping trolleys.
• Use cleaning materials safely and adhere to protocols.
• Respect guest privacy and security.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
