Manly Pacific MGallery Collection is seeking a polished Conference & Events Attendant to bring events to life at our luxury beachfront hotel in Manly. You will support meetings, conferences and seaside celebrations, ensuring impeccable presentation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, conferencing, events, or F&B service.
• Warm, engaging and professional presentation.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible to rotate roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA certificate.
• Australian Working Rights / Visa.

Responsibilities

• Set up conference and event spaces to exact specifications with high attention to detail.
• Deliver premium food and beverage service during conferences and events.
• Maintain tea, coffee, and refreshment stations throughout the day.
• Ensure all event requirements are delivered on schedule.
• Take ownership of designated event spaces and ensure smooth service.
