Job summary

Solar Farm Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking a Batching Supervisor Technician to oversee stabilised sand batching and backfilling on large-scale solar farm projects across Australia. The role combines supervision, QA and field coordination to ensure batching operations meet design and project standards.

You will supervise batching equipment, verify materials against specifications, maintain QA records and support engineers and project supervisors with technical data on site.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in construction, civil works and batching operations.
• Experience supervising batching/backfilling and pile installation support.
• Strong understanding of quality requirements and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stabilised sand batching and backfilling with pile installation.
• Oversee batching materials to meet project specs and standards.
• Coordinate setup, operation and calibration of mobile batching equipment.
• Maintain batching, inspection and QA records.
• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day supervision to field personnel.
