Job summary

Rgit Australia is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects along the eastern seaboard. You will manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in construction-related fields, at least 3 years in site supervision, and strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards. White Card or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in site supervision, preferably in renewable energy or solar construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain project schedules. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Working away from home as we are a National business . You will be looking after projects main along the eastern seaboard from SA ,VIC, NSW and QLD.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to the project manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related building field.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and solar construction industry, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficient in project management planing and excel .
• Valid construction site safety certification (e.g., White Card).
