Job summary

Rgit Australia is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects along the eastern seaboard. You will manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in construction-related fields, at least 3 years in site supervision, and strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards. White Card or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in site supervision, preferably in renewable energy or solar construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers for timely materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and report issues or delays to the project manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and incident reports.
• Assist in preparing project schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between clients, architects, and engineers.
• Ensure site personnel comply with environmental regulations.
