Qualifications

• White Card is required or willing to obtain.
• SAP and Command batching system experience, or willingness to learn.
• Experience ordering materials and maintaining stock levels.
• Ability to assist in plant maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
• Strong customer communication skills and professional on-site presence.
• Good computer literacy and ability to follow processes.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Safety-first attitude and maintenance of a clean, presentable truck.

Responsibilities

• Batching of Pre-Mixed Concrete and allocating customer jobs.
• Operate front-end loader if trained/qualified.
• Complete stock takes and maintain inventory levels.
• Load and deliver concrete as an agitator driver.
• Yard duties including truck cleaning and site maintenance.
• Support purchasing activities as required and ensure safety procedures.
