Job summary

Heidelberg Materials AG is seeking a Batcher/Relief Agitator Driver for the Airlie Beach concrete plant. The role mixes batching, yard duties, and agitator driving to deliver high-quality concrete to customers. Training will be provided with a 10-day program for new starters.

The ideal candidate holds a valid HR licence and White Card, with SAP batching experience or willingness to learn. Strong customer communication and safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence.
• Current White Card or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with SAP/ batching systems or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Batching Pre-Mixed Concrete and allocating customer jobs.
• Operate front-end loader (if trained).
• Perform stock takes and pre-start checks.
• Load and deliver concrete as an agitator driver.
• Carry out yard duties including truck cleaning and site maintenance.
• Support purchasing activities and ensure safety and quality procedures.
