As a Bartender you will prepare cocktails, wine, and beverages to spec with speed and flair, engaging with guests and keeping a presentable bar.

You will bring previous premium venue experience, hold a NSW RSA certificate, and enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a similar role within a premium or high volume venue.
• Current NSW RSA certificate.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of looking after people.
• Solid food and beverage knowledge, or a real eagerness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate strong and current knowledge of menu items, specials, allergens, and beverages relevant to your role.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards throughout service.
• Use Lightspeed POS accurately for orders and transactions where required.
• Communicate proactively with the floor, bar, kitchen, and supervisors.
• Support pre service setup and post service breakdown tasks.
• Contribute to briefings and ongoing product training.
• Uphold RSA obligations at all times.

Every role plays a part in delivering exceptional service and representing the Pony Dining brand through precision, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality. We now embark on our latest flagship in the heart of Barangaroo.

The role:

Bartender: Prepare cocktails, wine, and beverages to spec with speed and flair, engage with bar guests, and maintain a well run, presentable bar
