Funlab is seeking Front of House team members for Strike Bowling and Holey Moley in Surfers Paradise, Australia. You’ll deliver top-tier guest service with energy and a love of fun, helping create unforgettable experiences for players and spectators alike.

Formación

• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience.
• Availability on weekends and nights.
• RSA certificate and WWCC or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to engage with a diverse guest range.
• Energetic, positive, and friendly attitude.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
