Funlab is hiring Front of House team members for Holey Moley at Crown Casino in Melbourne. You will deliver energetic guest experiences, drive sales through upselling and knowledge, and ensure the venue is well-stocked and welcoming for every shift.

Applicants should show passion for service, be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, and have weekend and night availability. RSA and WWCC clearance are required or pursued promptly.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift - smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
